1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rentals (“the Platform”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to host approval unless the listing is configured for instant booking. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. By completing a booking you authorise the charge of the total amount shown at checkout. Prices are displayed inclusive of all fees unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations
Each listing displays its own cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). Refunds are processed according to that policy. The Platform is not responsible for losses arising from cancellations made in accordance with a listing's stated policy. Hosts who cancel confirmed bookings without valid reason may have their listings suspended.
4. Conduct
Users agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to publish false or misleading information, to harass other users, or to circumvent the Platform to conduct transactions outside of it. Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Platform acts as an intermediary between guests and hosts and is not a party to any rental agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or any booking made through it.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users by email of material changes.
